Terms of Service
1. Who we are
TrustBridge Microcredit Enterprise is a licensed microcredit institution based in Adentan Municipality, Greater Accra. In these terms, we, us, and TrustBridge mean this company. You means anyone who uses this website or applies for our services.
2. Using this website
This website gives you information about our loans, tools such as the repayment estimator, and a way to ask us to call you. You may use it freely for your own genuine purposes. You agree not to misuse it, for example by attempting to disrupt it, submitting false information, or using it to harm others.
3. The estimator is not an offer
The repayment estimator shows the possible shape of a repayment based on the numbers you enter. It is an illustration, not a quote and not an offer of credit. It does not include the service charge, which is set with an officer based on your business. Your real terms come only from a conversation and a signed agreement.
4. Applying for credit
Asking for a callback or expressing interest does not create any obligation, on your side or ours. We assess every application on its merits. We may decline, and we are not required to give a reason, though our officers will usually explain honestly where they can.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must give accurate, truthful information.
- You must be able to enter a legal agreement.
5. Your responsibilities as a borrower
If you take a loan, you agree to repay it on the terms in your signed agreement. You agree to keep us informed of changes that affect your ability to repay, and to talk to us early if you are struggling. We would always rather rework a plan than see you default.
6. Fees, charges, and rates
All charges that apply to your loan are set out plainly in your signed agreement before you commit: the amount, the number of payments, and what each payment is. We do not add hidden fees after signing. If you do not understand a charge, ask, and we will explain it.
7. Complaints
If something goes wrong, tell us. You can raise a complaint through any of our channels, and we will acknowledge it promptly and work to resolve it fairly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to escalate to the Bank of Ghana. Full details are in our complaints and grievance procedure, available on request.
8. Liability
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the website itself, as distinct from the loan services governed by your signed agreement.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as our services or the law change. We will post the current version here with its date. Your signed loan agreement is not changed by any update to these website terms.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. For anything about these terms, contact us at hello@trustbridge.com.gh or ask any officer. We are here, and we answer.
Prefer to ask a person?
You never have to decode legal language alone. An officer will talk any of this through with you.
