Field Loan Officer

This is the job at the heart of TrustBridge. You are the person a borrower meets, the one who visits the shop, reads the trade, and stands behind the decision. You carry a patch of Adenta or Madina and you own the relationships in it.

What you will do

• Visit businesses in your patch, assess how they trade, and gather what an application needs.
• Recommend loan amounts and repayment rhythms that fit each customer's real cash flow.
• Keep in touch through the loan, so a hard week is a conversation, not a default.
• Grow your patch through referrals and by being known and trusted on the ground.
• Keep clean, honest records that stand up to our compliance standards.

What you need

• You know a part of Greater Accra well, its markets, trades, and rhythms.
• You are comfortable walking, talking, and building trust face to face.
• Basic numeracy and a careful, honest way with records.
• A smartphone and the willingness to work outdoors, in Accra weather.
• Senior secondary education or higher. Prior field or sales experience helps but is not required.
