Credit Analyst

You sit between the field and the decision. Officers bring you what they saw; you weigh it, check it, and help set terms that are fair to the customer and sound for the business.

What you will do

• Review applications and the field notes behind them.
• Model repayment shapes and recommend terms that fit the customer.
• Flag risk early and clearly, with reasons an officer can explain to a borrower.
• Track portfolio health and help refine how we assess trades.
• Keep decisions consistent, documented, and compliant.

What you need

• A degree in finance, economics, statistics, or a related field, or equal experience.
• Comfort with numbers and simple models. Spreadsheet fluency.
• Sound judgement and the honesty to say no kindly.
• An interest in small business, not just spreadsheets.
